Love Desserts; A Sweet Tooth's Review

As a little girl, mom and dad always introduce us to all munchies rich in sugar. Their pasalubong after office will always be something sweet like candies, chocolates, cupcakes, and polvorons. And, as I grew up, I have been inlove with all the confectionaries, from lollies, pastries, and even Manong's cotton candy bought outside the Church after mass.

Now, even as an adult, I am proud to say that I grew up a sweet tooth! (eerr..healthy diet aside)

I've been asking friends to join me try Love Desserts since year 2012, yet due to busy-ness, we don't pursue. BUT, just last April of this year, I have been given this wonderful chance to finally taste all the sugars from the ever famous Love Desserts. (insert suuper big, mouth-watery smiley here)

Love Desserts is located at 915 Banawe St., Corner Roxas t., Manresa, Quezon City. It's actually easy to find since it is near Banawe's Z Square Mall. It offers a buffet of desserts for only P199 pesos. You are allowed to stay for 2 hours since the place is not that big to accommodate all the people who would love to take a plunge on the buffet.

And so, after office, three of my office buddies decided to, finally, go and enjoy Love Desserts offered confectioneries.

We arrived around 7:00 p.m. and we are already on the waiting list. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, we are ready to sit and bite.

Here is a peak on the buffet table:

Ze Cakes

 Other Pastries:

mini cupcakes..the choco topping is great and the moist-y cupcake compliments the taste

the carrot cake was really good!! the dynamite for our kontra umay is perfect.

eclair..im sorry but i think the doughs not fresh..:(

eclair..wow caramel but bread's not good

its like blueberry trapped in two sweet breads with nuts, the taste is so,so

yummy sansrival..:)

revel bar was ok. (i just assumed this is a revel bar)

Other sweets:

halo-halo section, haven't tried this

tried the coffee and choco shake, typical.

And the kontra umays:

this sweet nachos are very promising!! I even forgot im allergic to mangoes! :D

the empanada is very tasty!! I advice not to each much of this if you want to enjoy sweete, sobrang nakakabusog sya

singkamas at manggang hilaw

the nacho sauce, mayo sauce and bagoong

We literally tried everything on the buffet table, that's why, after our 2 hours of stay, we all felt bloated. hehe..

our table..
sharing is PROHIBITED! we are just lucky the staffs didn't see us..hehehe

All in all, my Love Desserts experience was worth my 199.00 peso. I am planning to come back for the empanada, sweet nachos and dynamite. Plus, I haven't tried the crepes and some shakes so its one more reason to come back. :D
